Drosophila CSAS localizes inside cell secretory pathway compartments |

CSAS resides in the Golgi,
as revealed by co-localization with α-mannosidase-II (ManII), a marker of medial-Golgi. CSAS is not present in the nucleus, as confirmed by co-staining with DAPI, a nuclear marker. CSAS was expressed in Drosophila neurons and analyzed by immunofluorescent staining and confocal imaging (Islam et al. 2013). |
